Updated our billing infrastructure so we can be more flexible with plans and features. Particularly for companies with multiple stores, and multiple development stores.

This was a largely behind-the-scenes update to update our Shopify UI extensions library to a new major version. This ensures the app will continue to work and recieve updates with future versions of Shopify POS.
As this was a major update, many internal point of sale API's were changed, however I expect no disruption.
Some components like Stack were also changed, and Shopify now renders modals in a different style window on tablet.
To accommodate this I've updated most of the app views to support this new Stack and modal view. Expect some further refinement on the view layout.

- Improved scanning flow for products. After scanning a product staff are taken to the home scanning screen.
- Reduced the amount of data we store about store products etc to zero. We now only make requests through the local point of sale API or through Shopify's Admin API.
- Updated allowed CDN URL's to support Shopify's new CDN for extension. This which was causing some admin API requests to be blocked
- Updated Shopify libraries
